Within the space of a few months, our world has dramatically shifted in what has been a defining moment in our lives.
To gauge what happened X embarked on a research project looking at billions of posts. We found seven behaviours that emerged or accelerated in lockdown. These paint a picture of what people have been experiencing, and may inform how they move forward. This is what our analysis of millions of conversations told us.
